From Protest...to Praise

Well, tonight I got home almost an hour earlier than I usually do from Bible Study...I was in an out-of-sorts mood, and nobody thinks I can play basketball worth a flip anyway, so why bother staying? The lesson was really good...I just felt really out of the loop for some reason...the highlight of the night would probably have to be laughing with Daniel about his cologne and how it made me think of his brother...isn't it amazing how someone's cologne- or any smell, for that matter- can take you back in time? Years and years back, even? Good times, fond memories...that's all I keep now...the bad memories just disappear after awhile, you know? That's what I hope to be able to do one day with my most recent breakup...well, it seems like it's been forever ago now, but still...somehow, I don't think I'll ever be able to look back on it the same, though...guess I'll just have to wait and see what God's got planned...God is so amazing, though...just when you least expect it, something happens to make you realize that God's really got it all under control...
