I have a friend from Germany who's married to an American, yet currently has to pay out-of-state tuition to go to a community college because she doesn't have her Visa, or Green Card, or whatever yet. But we're going to try to cut illegal immigrants a deal to where they can pay in-state tuition-- even though they're illegal? Yeah, now that makes sense...
