Cars

My husband is in the car business. This has led to several car change-ups for us over the last year-- for him, a perk, of sorts, of the job. For me, a hazard of the job.

First it was a beautiful Dodge Ram. I had some of my bridal shots taken in the back of that truck.

About a week or so after taking those pictures, it was traded in for a sleek Dodge Challenger. We took a few wedding photos in that one.

We kept the Challenger for awhile-- but alas, it was not to last. So on to a Nissan Pathfinder. Soon thereafter, my Honda, which I'd had during all these other car changes, was sold and we got an older model Corvette. (A beautiful car, to be sure, but not really my favorite-- made me feel old to get in and out of, lol.)

We kept the Pathfinder and Corvette for awhile, but eventually decided that we needed vehicles with better gas mileage and better insurance rates. So, both cars were traded in for a Nissan Maxima and Nissan Altima. Good cars, good on gas mileage, and it'll definitely bring the insurance down a bit. I miss the Pathfinder-- it was great for moving things and hauling the dogs around. But alas, sometimes decisions have to be made and changes must happen.

It should be awhile-- a good while-- before we trade in again. Who knows what'll be next?
